In Trivento, we give great importance to people´s development and also to the link with the community. We work to build organizational culture on a daily basis, taking into account values such as team work, entrepreneurial spirit, respect, integrity and professionalism.
The Program Winds of Opportunities focuses on fostering quality education. It has different iniciatives such as one of completion of education with part time attendance so that employees finish primary and secondary school.
Another of the programs consists of annual scholarships managed by FonBec, that gets funds from the first wine with social impact: Trivento White Malbec.
The program Winds of Well being supports, assesses and trains our employees to aquire good health habits, so they live a full life. Some of the frameworks are healthy diet and balance between work and family time.
Apart from that, from the Program Winds of equality, and the iniciative “Growing up together”, we allow our employees´children to spend more time with their parents during their first year of life. We do it by extending the time that fathers take for paternity leave and by setting a special timetable for mothers.
